Ingredients:
- ½ c orange juice concentrate
- ¼ c olive oil
- 2½ Tbs organic agave
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Taste and adjust ingredients to taste. Enjoy over salad.
Delicious Additions:
- smoky paprika
- minced onion
- onion powder
- ground Dijon
- ginger
- red pepper flakes
- Betsy's No Garlic Sambal Oelek Chili Paste, Sake, and ginger
