Ingredients:
- 16 oz. pepperoncini peppers, stems removed
- ½ c olive oil
- ¼ c feta cheese, crumbled (or more to taste)
- 4 tsp organic coconut sugar
- 1 tsp basil
- ¼ tsp smoky paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Remove the stems from the peppers.
- Toss all ingredients into a food processor or blender. I used my Ninja and it worked really well.
- Taste and adjust flavorings to taste if desired.
- Enjoy!
Creative Considerations:
- Try it as a condiment. This would really make a terrific sandwich spread!
