Betsy’s No Garlic Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • ½ c orange juice concentrate
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 2½ Tbs organic agave
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
Directions:
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Taste and adjust ingredients to taste. Enjoy over salad.

  • Use as a delicious poultry marinade, or as a sauce over poultry or seafood!
