Ingredients:
- 4 c heavy cream
- 2 c Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1½ tsp salt (to taste)
- 2-4 tsp onion powder (optional)
- ½ tsp ground oregano
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Wondra flour (to desired thickness)
Directions:
- In a medium sauce pan, heat the cream over medium heat.
- Stir in the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, stirring frequently until the cheese melts and is fully blended in.
- Whisk in the chili flakes, salt, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, and pepper.
- Whisk in the lemon juice then the Wondra flour last.
- Toss with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
