Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1½ c sour cream
- 1½ c fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ - ½ c minced red onion (or other onion)
- 4 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 Tbs mild diced green chilis
- ¾ tsp ground onion powder
- ½+ tsp salt (to taste)
- ½+ tsp chili powder (to taste)
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ground pepper (to taste, about 1/16 tsp)
- Blend together in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
