Betsy’s No Garlic Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 large ripe peaches, diced
  • ¼ c Becca’s No Garlic Ketchup
  • 2 Tbs molasses
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs course ground Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp bourbon
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
  1. Purée the peaches. I used my kitchen Ninja and that worked well. 
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all ingredients. 
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
  4. Enjoy the taste of summer!
