Betsy’s No Garlic Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • ¾ c olive oil
  • ½ c reduced apple cider
  • 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs organic agave nectar
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch cardamom 
  • pepper, freshly ground (to taste)
  • salt, freshly ground (to taste)

Directions:
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until oil is emulsified and ingredients are uniformly suspended. 
This recipe is wonderful as a salad dressing, but also makes a lovely jus sauce for poultry or pork.
