Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of fresh Dutch Crunch bread (or fresh French bread)
- 1 c Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- ½ c butter, softened
- ¼ c Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place open-faced on a baking sheet.
- Mix the butter, Gorgonzola cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, minced onion, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Spread ½ the mixture on the top half of the bread, and ½ the mixture on the lower half of the bread.
- Bake at 350 F for 15 minute or until slightly golden.
- Thoroughly enjoy and make yummy sounds!
