Ingredients:
- 5 ripe bananas
- 4 c organic flour
- 1 c organic coconut sugar
- ½ c butter, softened
- 1 c milk (or milk substitute)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F, and grease 2 bread loaf pans.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the vinegar into a 1 c measuring cup then add milk until the cup is full. Set aside.
- Add the flour, sugar, butter, milk with vinegar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pans.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until no longer raw in the center.
Delicious Additions:
- Almond extract
- Brandy extract
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped nuts
- Cinnamon
- Maple syrup
- Nutella
