Betsy's No Garlic Really-Love-Your-Peaches-Wanna-Shake-Your-Tree Peach Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Our peaches from our little peach tree are ripe, so I made a Peach Vinaigrette salad dressing last night. It made us happy. 

Ingredients: 

• 2 peaches (pitted and roughly diced)
• ¾ - 1 c olive oil
• 3 Tbs sherry wine vinegar
• 3 Tbs agave nectar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Blend thoroughly until creamy. (I use my Ninja blender). Enjoy! YUM!
