Ingredients:
- 1 well marbled steak (cut of your choice), marinated in Becca's No Garlic Steak Marinade
- ½ c Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- ¼ c butter, softened
- ½ tsp onion, minced
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- pepper (to taste)
- chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
- Thoroughly blend the Gorgonzola cheese, butter, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley (optional) in a bowl.
- Grill the steak for about 5+ minutes, then turn over.
- Dollop the herbed Gorgonzola butter over grilled steak and heat until melted (about another 5+ minutes) or until the desired temperature is reached.
- Enjoy!
Creative considerations:
- Dollop the herbed butter over chicken or roasted potatoes.
