Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1¼ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne (to taste)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (to taste, optional)
- ¼ tsp celery seed, ground
- ⅛ tsp sage
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until blended.
- This recipe makes 4 Tbs.

- Beans
- Beef
- Chicken
- Corn
- French fries
- Gumbo
- Jambalaya
- Rice
- Roast potatoes
- Salad dressing
- Salmon or other fish

- Whatever else sounds good
