Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 5 tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 4 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder*
- ½ tsp leaf thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- olive oil for frying
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
- Scoop enough to roll 1½ inch meatballs in the hand, then flatten and place into heated oil in a skillet.
- Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides.
- Place on paper towels to drain the excess oil and serve.
* May contain garlic. Choose your product wisely.
