Ingredients:
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs organic agave nectar
- 1 Tbs mustard, heaping
- freshly ground pepper (I like the McCormick Peppercorn Medley)
- freshly ground Himalayan salt.
- Whisk together until oil is emulsified and ingredients are uniformly suspended.
This
recipe is wonderful as a salad dressing, but also makes a lovely meat marinade
and Jus sauce!
