Betsy’s No Garlic Provocatively Pleasurable Paragon of Pure Perfection Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs organic agave nectar
  • 1 Tbs mustard, heaping
  • freshly ground pepper (I like the McCormick Peppercorn Medley)
  • freshly ground Himalayan salt.
Directions:
  1. Whisk together until oil is emulsified and ingredients are uniformly suspended.
This recipe is wonderful as a salad dressing, but also makes a lovely meat marinade and Jus sauce!
