Ingredients:
- 12 oz. cream cheese, whipped
- 8 oz. crab meat (or chopped imitation crab)
- 2 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs capers
- 2 tsp dry sherry
- ¼ tsp Pufina fish sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- Minced onion to taste (about 1 Tbs)
- Onion powder to taste (about 1½ tsp)
- Paprika (a few shakes)
Directions:
With the Kitchenaid mixer, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, sherry, fish sauce, and spices. Fold in the crab meat. Top with chives, a pinch of paprika, or a wedge of lemon.
