Ingredients:
- 4 ripe avocados
- 4 tsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
- ¼ c sour cream (optional)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp iodized salt
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 pinch chipotle powder
- fresh cilantro (to taste)
Directions:
- For a smooth texture, combine and mix all ingredients in a food processor. For a course texture, mash with the tongs of a fork until creamy. Serve fresh and enjoy!
